TOOTHLESS IS NOT NIRVANA'S FATHER. HE DOESN'T EVEN LOOK LIKE TOOTHLESS, HE'S GOT ORANGE EYES AND SCARS AND EVERYTHING. JEEZ.
Mischievous hatchling Nirvana snuck off to attend a flying lesson given to the previous season younglings. She just couldn't wait.
Fortunately, her daddy is a smart cookie and set her straight, carrying her home by foot. This is good parenting. She's in trouble and he won't even fly home to give her the satisfaction or hitching a ride.
The pale blue markings are not for fashion, nor was he born with them. They are battle wounds.
A Night Fury's skin is not completely black. They have blue or purple tints, and broken skin, I believe, would repair itself layer by layer and if animal/reptile skin is anything like ours, each layer is thin enough to appear a paler colour.
Unfortunately, for this handsome dragon, his body did not heal fully and now he bares pale blue scars, again, relating to his dark blue hide.
Beautiful eyes, I'm proud of those.
